1. Payment & Order Confirmation
What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro
- PayPal
All payments are processed in GBP (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion.
How do I know my order has gone through?
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique Databeats order number. If you do not receive it:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Log into your account to view order details.
- Contact support@databeats.com if needed.
2. Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel:
- Contact us at support@databeats.com
- Return the item using a tracked delivery service within 14 days.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy depends on the reason for return:
- Damaged or incorrect items: We cover return postage.
- Change of mind: Return postage is at your cost.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unworn/unused condition.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
3. Delivery & Undelivered Items
What delivery services do you use?
We offer the following shipping services:
- UK: Royal Mail (non-trackable) & DHL (trackable for large/heavy items).
- International: Royal Mail International Standard (non-trackable) or DHL (trackable for larger orders).
How long will delivery take?
- UK: 1-3 working days (up to 21 days in rare cases).
- International: 5-14 working days (up to 35 days for some destinations).
4. Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates are subject to change. We will try to inform customers of any delays.
Check the Orders Page in your account for updates.
Pre-orders ship on or just before the official release date.
If your basket contains pre-orders and regular items, your order will be held until all items are available.
5. Privacy
We comply with UK GDPR regulations.
Your personal information is only used for order processing and customer service.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
6. VAT, Customs Duties & International Orders
Will I be charged VAT if I live outside the UK?
Our prices remain the same for all customers, regardless of location.
VAT applies to orders within the UK and the EU (where applicable).
EU customs fees at checkout
If you are shipping to an EU country, you may see an estimated customs fee at checkout. This is an indication of fees that may be charged by your local customs authority or carrier when your order is delivered. These fees are not included in your order total and are payable on delivery.
Who is responsible for import taxes and customs duties?
For EU orders shipped under standard international delivery, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country. The estimate shown at checkout is for information only.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties?
If you refuse to pay customs duties, your order may be returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities.
